The series consists of annual reports created by different branches of the Adult Services Program. between 1998 to 2004. These programs include: Technology and Services Support Program : Assistance Program for Students with Disabilities; Technology and Services Support Program : Canada Study Grant; Creating Access to Educational Employment Opportunities; and Program for Institutional Loads of Adaptive Technology. These programs serve post-secondary education students with disabilities who can benefit from special technology support services.

SUMMARY: "BC Folio" was a weekly program featuring items of interest to BC listeners, including interviews with British Columbians of diverse backgrounds. "BC Folio" was broadcast from 1971 to 1976 on the Paci;fic Network, first on AM and later on FM. This episode is a documentary consisting of interviews and sounds about Frontier College, a non-institutional education program in BC aimed at adding "greater; depths" to the live of people who are undereducated. It is informal in the way that it is an informative program, not a basic classroom school. Sometimes education comes in the form of movies or sem;inars. This is part one of two.;

Dr. George Cook, in charge of the Frontier College program in BC, discusses the concept and its history. Tom Hayes, vice-president, personnel and industrial relations, Columbia Cellulose, discusses his investigation of the work of Frontier College. Tilio Porko, railway worker/labourer-teacher, Frontier College, and Clive Malford, teacher-in-training, Frontier College, tell about their teaching experiences. Hayes tells about first labourer-teachers in the Terrace plant; more discussion by the labourer-teachers.
