Appointed September 11, 1899; report dated September 20, 1899. Commissioner: W. Myers Gray, barrister, of New Westminster. Currie, employed on the dyke at Pitt Meadows, charged Green with drunkenness, neglect, incompetency, waste of government funds, and falsifying returns to hide carelessness and mistakes. The commissioner reported the evidence, but arrived at no specific conclusion.
