The item is an audio recording containing the following segments:
An episode of "Conservation Calling", a weekly 15-minute radio show on CFJC Kamloops in the early 1950s.

A radio program of accordion and band music, sponsored by Syd Smith's Ltd. of Kamloops. Followed by reading of local news from the "Ashcroft Journal" and "Lillooet District News"

Radio program of country music and comedy, sponsored by Syd Smith's Ltd. Of Kamloops. Featured performers include: Leroy and the Blnd Boys; the Happy Rascals (a quartet); Peg Molan [sp?], "the king of the ditty singers"; Curley Perry ["our song bird"]; and host Jim "Roundboy" Jeffries.

Dubs of radio advertisements for Kamloops businesses and products, including: Cranston Roofing and Insulation, Titan Saws, Kamloops Tire Hospital, and North River Coach Lines.
