The item is a release print of a documentary film from ca. 1961. It portrays events leading to the signing of the Columbia River Treaty between Canada and the U.S.A. in 1961. BC content discusses the costs and benefits of the treaty for Canadians. There is footage of Canal Flats, Dutch Creek, Takakkaw Falls, Emerald Lake, Mica Creek, Nelson and Trail.
