Scope and content
Three of the albums and the loose photographs belonged to Martha and Dennis Harris and include portraits of family members and friends, water colour paintings, and photographs of ships, horses, and landscapes. The fourth album is meant to hold cartes de visite, and contains of images of famous artists. The album belonged to Martha and Dennis’ daughter, Denise Harris.
