Item consists of a mount of one group portrait of numerous children and four women at a fancy dress (costume) ball. Portrait was taken in front of an indoor stage.

"G[?] and [?] 1465 Broadway" is written in text in pencil on the bottom right. "Children's fancy dress ball as the allies - Hotel Vancouver, Dec. 27, 1918?" and several children's names are written in pencil on the verso.
