Biographical history
George Robinson Fardon was born in 1807 in Birmingham, UK. He emigrated to the United States around 1849 and operated a photograph studio in San Francisco from 1855-1858. He moved to Victoria, British Columbia, sometime between 1858 and 1861. Noah Shakespeare managed Fardon's studio between 1865 and 1866 while Fardon was in England. Fardon died in Victoria on August 20, 1886.
