These reports were submitted, usually on a monthly basis, to the Ministry by the owners of the wells and drilling sites.

The reports record statistics on the volume of material extracted, processed or transported. Records may relate to particular wells, drill sites or pipelines. Many of the forms are copies of federal statistics Canada documents. The records provide production and transport trends overtime.
