Arthur David Rogers was born in Vancouver, BC on October 27th, 1912. He worked as an accountant and was married to Lillian Mary Emerson. He had an interest in marine photography and took several thousand photographs in Vancouver and Victoria. The couple moved to Victoria and lived on Gorge Road West. A. David Rogers died on October 27th, 1982 at the Memorial Pavilion Hospital in Victoria.
