Custodial history
The records originated in the Auditor's Office for the White Pass and Yukon Railway Company located in Skagway Alaska. The BC Archives purchased the records from Kern's Antiques, Marysville, Ohio, in 1980.
Scope and content
Fonds consists of records from the auditor's office of the White Pass and Yukon Railway Company. Includes draft annual report forms prepared for the Dept. of Railways and Canals in Ottawa. Fonds also includes correspondence of the auditor. The annual report forms document the financial affairs of the British Yukon Railway Company and the British Columbia Yukon Railway Co.
