Biographical history
Established December 3, 1973 to inquire into and make recommendations with respect to: all aspects of family and children's law in force in B.C.; the administration of justice relative to such laws; and ancillary services to the courts in family law matters. Members of the Commission included: Justice Thomas R. Berger, Judge Ross Collver, Mish Vadasz, Rita MacDonald and Dr. Sydney Segal. It made numerous reports from 1974 through 1976.
